As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact our local communities, we want to personally update you on the steps we have taken to ensure business continuity. We know information about COVID-19 is quickly overwhelming email inboxes, newsfeeds, and our collective sense of certainty. The purpose of this message is simply to remind you that in the current environment, our people and our communities are what is most important to us, and your safety remains our top priority. As daily routines change to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in our communities, you’ll look for new ways to work with us and we’ll offer flexibility to support your every need. Our team is always available by email and phone any time of the day. Phones will be forwarded after hours and you can reach us 24/7 via email or text message. This is an unprecedented time for everyone, and the situation is changing daily. We are very carefully referring to the CDC, government agencies, and local health officials for guidance and recommendations in this difficult situation. In recent weeks, we have re-enforced and enhanced our cleaning policies and sanitized all high-traffic areas to the best of our ability. Our store will be open regular hours ensuring that you continue to receive the highest quality service without disruption. We will keep you updated on when we’ll be rescheduling any canceled or postponed events. We have also asked all Sales representatives to limit travel and utilize phone and electronic communication to meet our customer needs. A few other recommendations to ensure we work together to prevent the spread of the disease:·
– When possible, email or call-in orders ahead of time. This will help our team have what you need staged & ready before you arrive.
– Whenever possible, we kindly ask that you do not send large groups of employees to the store. Allow us to provide “Curbside Service” and help load your order outdoors.
– Take advantage of our delivery services to save a trip to our store
